Very bad , Didn’t like the service, specially when made agreement with list and price , then they changed it , and job didn’t finish well , took one year , sent photo about that and they took note but still not finished,

Storm Exteriors did my roof last year suddenly this summer I found mushroom in my carpet found black mold in floor underneath called separate roof company they inspected my roof, they said water came into my siding from roof not being done correctly, drip edge and vents on roof were not replaced they have hail damage, no tar paper under my shingles where the water came into my house. Storm exteriors lies and says it’s my front window that caused the water leak, yet window repair company say it’s not your window it was your terrible roof job done by Storm exteriors. Stay away from this company they are not standing by their work they caused me to be sick in my own home!

These guys were hired by our insurance company to inspect and do repairs on our roof. I was unable to be at home when they arrived, but have no fear we have 3 outdoor cameras which showed us what they did. They arrived at our house and were there for 22 minutes this included unloading their ladder getting there tool ready, which was a calking gun, and fully inspecting and repairing our roof. Now you be the judge, what do you think was accomplished in this time frame oh but wait we were presented with our $1000.00 deductible invoice. Thanks so much for that well spent $1000.00 on that 22 minutes. I'm sure you guys have done the same awesome work for others. No need to contact me on this review don't want to discuss your lack of work.

Jamie, Robyn and crews were very accommodating in working with me to repair hail damage to my house. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy including several extra trips that others would have told me to get stuffed. They were willing to work with my time lines even though they had other jobs that needed to be done. Thanks guys.
