I was in Prince George. Noise in front-end of truck. I didn't want to drive back to Prince Rupert called around got appointment for early next Morning they test drove it and put it on hoist. Couldn't find anything wrong. It turned out to be the main road is very rough made me think bearing might be problem. Great service piece of mind. Would go there again. They were recommended by another shop a block away. Maybe Kal Tire who were too busy to get me in on short notice.

I always bring my Jeep here because they are honest about everything- the repairs actually needed, the time actually needed, the approximate time frame of future repairs needed (other places tell u it needs to be done NOW and these guys said it needed to be done soon, like 6 months but certainly didnt HAVE to be done now). Benchmark was charging me over $2000 for a job Stop Shop could do for $350 with the same parts, same repairs, same diagnostic price in there. Great guys to deal with, very friendly.

What told after driving my vehicle to the shop that you won't work on my unit cause they know the problems and a family member. Was willing to pay them for there time but no they want nothing to do with it. How do you run a business when you treat customers like this. Will never deal with this company and will no recommend to anyone. Waste my time and my wife's time.

Got a starter put in my van. Was told he wouldn't put someone else's starter in and had to buy one from him. He says he will give me a good deal on one. I didn't know he didn't even sell them. He orders one for $390 puts it in. I asked to for my old one back. He refused to give it back and says he gets the core value. He charged me $120 an hour labour my bill was $562 . I will never use this place again.

Had these guys recommended to me. I paid them to go over a vehicle I just purchased. I wanted things done properly and wasn't too concerned about price and timeline, just do the job properly. Had the van trailered back to my garage because it was not insured. I immediately noticed the van was not running correctly. The coil was cracked and shorting out which was very obvious. Only slightly annoyed after paying 2900 dollars to have a vehicle fixed, I replaced it. I just went to do an oil change as it's sat a few months in the shop (zero miles since repair). They torqued the drain plug so hard that it cracked the head off the bolt. While under the vehicle I noticed the entire blower shroud is cracked and destroyed. I supposed that's not a big deal to mention when you just paid to have a vehicle inspected. I will now take this vehicle to the shop I normally deal with and repay to have everything gone over again.
