The doctors and staff here are so wonderful and thoughtful. We had to put our older furbaby Nina to sleep and they were super supportive and patient. They couldn't have been any better. Our younger furbaby has been looked at by them as well and they are honest. If something is not needed to be done they tell you. So they are NOT doing it just for money. They really care for our furbabies and I believe they are quite empathetic to us when going through a difficult time. This place and all the staff have been very impressive. I highly recommend.

We were seen last minute right before closing and the care we received was exceptional. Dr. Paige treated my dog’s anal gland abscess, safely sedated him, offered medication options, and provided incredibly helpful education about his allergies, diet, and prevention going forward. I never felt rushed and truly felt my dog was in safe hands. Taylor at the front desk was so kind and compassionate and helped ease a very stressful situation. I am extremely grateful to this clinic and to Dr. Paige and Taylor for going above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing. The people are nice and polite but didn't offer a solution to Bilbos ( 1 mos old po. Puppy) constipation. I called my ver and they knew immediately what she needed where this clinic should have. I wasted 130.00 for waiting an hour for not resolving what was simple to my vet at century park clinic in edmonton.

(Known as Tina).. I just want to say thank you to Dr. Acuna, and the wonderful RVT we had yesterday (Jordan) We ended up taking in our sweet little Hercules here, after a neuter complication from a different vet clinic who brushed off for an entire week. Dr.Acuna assessed and acted fast, and Jordan was so patient and kind with Hercules and listened as I explained everything going on, and during her assessment even acted with grace to try her best not to hurt him. It’s hard as a pet parent having a cat with Cerebellum Hypoplasia, but I’m sure having them as patients is even more difficult especially when it comes to sedation. Thank you so much for your care This honestly was the nicest vet clinics we’ve been to. Extremely clean too. Our dog Odin is even happy his brothers doing better and hasn’t left his side since he’s been home Thank you for all your help Hercules is doing a lot better today and it’s all thanks to you
