Google hours says it opens saturday at 8am..showed up to drop off items at 8:45am and the lights were off. I called later to see if there was a better time to come since the hours were incorrect but the person I spoke to didn't seem to care and was told they can't dry clean anything anyways because they can't use their machine right now. My husband and I always want to support local, but we felt very dismissed.

Took my suit in to get it cleaned and pressed before a wedding. Somehow this is the result I was left with the day prior to the wedding. Not cleaned or pressed correctly.

'Hats off' to the folks there! I had found my lost, treasured, Irish tweed hat in a parking lot where it fell from our van. It was mashed into the spot in a mush of salt water and sand. Having had good experience with Stony Plain Cleaners in the past, I showed up at their place, 'hat in hand' I appreciated that they could not guarantee a complete restoration, but in this particular case, their cleaning services had great success. The fact they were willing to give it a try only reassures us of their customer service.

Lenny and Marshall always are very welcoming when I am dropping off or picking up my clothes. Never have I had an issue with my dry cleaning after 9 years of going there. If AI have a tough stain we address it and it comes back clean and no more stain.

If i could put negative stars I would. I tried the Stony Plain branch for the first time and they managed to leach the colour out of a $200 jacket. Their response?? bring in the matching top and we'll fade it to match!!! Angry does not begin to express how I feel. Len did not care, offered no recourse and did not even refund what I paid to have the jacket cleaned. His response "so sad too bad". If you have a valuable item.... don't go here, THEY DON'T CARE. Worst experience ever.
