I don't know if I have ever been so impressed with customer service, kindness, care, and the love for animals! Stonegate Animal hospital, here in Guelph, is by far the best experience I've ever had with a visit to the vets. Dr. Randhawa was magical with my cat, the love of my life, Silly Crackers. Silly Crackers is my life and words can't describe how deep my love for him and our bond goes. the doctor took his time, was so gentle and, I must add, very knowledgeable! I was so upset when I took Crackers in but after the exam and discussions with the doctor, there was a light at the end of a long dark tunnel. The time was taken to explain what was going on in a way that I could understand, and options were given to me with no pressure whatsoever. I was never pushed to take unnecessary tests or anything. He even had his claws trimmed at no extra cost and there was absolutely no attempt to pad my bill. I have financial hardship and Stonegate worked with me to see what could be done. Just amazing people!! Silly Crackers is home now and doing well while I keep a close eye and continue to love him with all my heart. It's a real peace of mind knowing Dr. Randhawa, and the team, is there for help if there is ever a need. The whole staff, from the vets, to the vet assistants, to reception are beautiful people who really care. I cannot recommend this Vet enough! No one ever wants to go to the vet, but I can honestly say the care at Stonegate Animal Hospital is above and beyond. I've trusted them through everything - routine vaccines, surgery, and even the hardest goodbyes. Dr. P has always been compassionate, supportive, and exceptional. I don't just feel like a client — I feel like part of the team. Your pets are in the best hands here.

Banksy had his neutering here. What amazing care every one of them took of him, especially Dr. P who he really enjoyed. You know they care if your animal enjoys going back.. even after a surgery! All the staff are friendly and engaging, and the prices are great. All of this made for a wonderful experience. Definitely staying with them!

Dr.Panesar and his whole team is very professional, caring and truly passionate about animals. They always take the time to listen, explain everything clearly and treat my pet Chickoo like their own. The clinic is clean, organized and always welcoming. My pet feels comfortable and well cared for every time we visit. I am so grateful to have found such a trustworthy and compassionate clinic.
