What a rip-off! I was assessed at first, she said she will put the buttons outside but not do it as before. Because they don’t have the machine to make a hole for the buttons. What I was told was that, they would attach the buttons but not make the holes anymore and where did I find the buttons? Inside my pants. This was 70$ btw. And extra 30$ for the inseam. It’s oversized for me and I wanted to make it my size a bit slimmer. This was all they could do for 70$. I could’ve done it myself. This is bad. I’m sad :( . I was expecting more. Devastating. To know that I can’t depend on anyone is saddening.

Very easy process, I needed pants altered and was very happy with the outcome. After dropping them off and paying, I had some questions about the break down on my receipt. I sent an email to customer service & I was very impressed to have a phone call the next morning from the manager who helped answer my questions and clear up what had confused me. She had just had employee quit and the alterations would take a little longer to get done than what I was quoted which was nothing unreasonable. Price wise, it was reasonable for me & what I needed, if your unsure if alterations are in your budget ask for a quote ahead of time and then get an updated price once you are in store & they can fully access how much work is needed. The final price comes down to the details needed that go along with the alterations to get the finished look you wish. All in all was a positive experience, their work was impeccable and I would use them again.

This has been the worst dry-cleaning experience I’ve ever had. I brought in my suit and my wife’s wedding dress, and both came back in terrible condition — the suit jacket had stains, the pants were discolored, and the wedding dress was not cleaned properly. On top of that, it took almost two months for them to fix it. Updates were very slow, and they never called when the items were ready for pickup. I had to keep following up myself. I’ve attached photos so you can see exactly what I mean. Please don’t come here to do your dry cleaning — save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

Terrible terrible terrible service. The staff do not handle clothes properly. When I dropped off my clothes for dry cleaning, the receptionist was extremely rude. She used a sharp pin to mark a stain on my coat, even after I told her not to because the fabric is very delicate, and the pin would damage it. I insisted that she use a sticker instead. Though reluctant, she finally used a sticker as I requested, but still being very rude. Today, when I picked up my coat, I noticed a green sticker stapled to it. I can’t understand why your staff would staple something to the delicate fabric, leaving a noticeable, permanent mark. This is completely unacceptable. The service is not only expensive but also careless. Additionally, your staff just left a pointless note, which seems like an excuse for your inability to clean the jacket properly. It seems like your staff are incapable of properly handling or cleaning clothes. So disappointed.

Ladies were very rude and treated us like if were asking for something impossible to do. “Is non fixable” We got better advise from the Hugo Boss staff in how to fix the shirt. Do not waste your time
