I’m very pleased with the service from the company Stitch It company Located in Coquitlam center.I took in two suits, jackets and pants for alteration, which turned out beautifully. Got great customer service from Dusanka, Store manager, and tailor Naeimeh- everything was completed on time as promised, and the results were perfect. Shortening lined suit jacket sleeves is very difficult, but they achieved it with great results. I have complete confidence in taking clothing needing alterations to this company. Thank you to them.

This stitch-it location is always wonderful to work with! They’ve been very respectful with customizing some of our cultural garments and all of my Oilers jerseys. They’re the best and I highly recommend.

I brought in my engagement dress to get tailored and it was definitely a great experience! Saba took care of my alterations and once she was done it fit like a glove! They were quick, professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend!

Took my Christmas suit here last week to get alterations. Was met by very friendly staff member that was prompt and very welcoming. Heard so many other customers commenting on there positive expenses while they were being served as well. Service was prompt and only a week turn around time. When I picked up my suit staff were again very friendly and the alterations were great. The lady I dealt with let me know that after getting home if I felt the sleeves needed to be let out a little bit that it would be a same day alteration with their 30 day guarantee as well which is a great service to ensure it’s the perfect fit. I’ll def be using this location in the future for any alterations that I need. If you need a friendly ans great location check them out.

Really hoping my pants can be fixed. It’s been 2 months of back and fourth and I haven’t been able to get my jeans hemmed to the same length on left and right legs 1. First visit the hemming was done beautifully- just different length legs from left to right 1/4 inch 2. Dropped them off to be fixed- they were kept for 10 days and no hemming was done on the pants 3. Brought them in again and spoke to the manager had the pants remeasured and was told to pick up next day 4. Stitching was coming loose not the same length and didn’t match original hem or left to right on both pairs 5. I’m scared to go back because the left and right aren’t the same amount of fabric and the woman that I last picked them up form was rude, short and when I asked a question about the hem told me that’s just how they are and too bad.
