I had an amazing experience with Rajveer at Stitch It, Willowbrook location. She did an excellent job hemming my jeans — the finish was perfect and very professional. Rajveer is very kind, attentive, and truly skilled at her work. She listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. Highly recommend her services!

Thanks so much to Zohra Safari for the beautiful hemming of this wedding dress! The bride was so happy with the length - just above her flats in the front, and keeping the train with some length.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought in my bathing suit bottoms to be taken in before a vacation and they returned them with the job literally half done. There was an inch and a half of raw, un-serged fabric hanging off the inside. Because I was leaving town, I didn’t have time to bring them back for a fix, so their 30-day policy didn’t help me at all.
To be fair, I tried to gave them another chance. I went back nearly a year later, fully prepared to pay again just to have the job finished properly. I want to be clear that I wasn’t asking for a free fix I just wanted the work completed. Once again, we were met with the same rude and dismissive attitude from the front desk. No apology, no accountability and still a half finished job.
At that point, I realized this wasn’t just a one-time issue, it’s a pattern. I paid for a service that wasn’t completed, was treated poorly twice and ended up with botched bikini bottoms that cost me the same as buying two brand new pairs ($30 x 2 = $60).
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Response to Stitch It Reply
None of the information you’ve shared here was communicated to me at the time of service. I was not told that the excess fabric would be left intentionally or that a second fitting was required. When I picked up the item, I was rushed out the door with no explanation and certainly no offer to complete the job later. If this is your standard process, it was not followed and not communicated.
When I returned nearly a year later, fully prepared to pay again just to have the work finished properly, I was met with the same dismissive attitude and told you didn’t have the equipment to handle the material. Yet another local business was able to complete the job quickly, kindly, and at a lower cost.
I stand by my review.
