We brought in a pair of uniform (gi) pants where the seam had failed. We received exceptional service by a very friendly staff, who completed the repair within a few minutes. We have used this business a number of times, and their quality service is what keeps us coming back.

I went in to get a pair of sweat pants shortened/hemmed. The south Asian woman working was not at all pleasant. After explaining how long to do the hem she came with the price and I was a bit shocked. I didn't really care about the poor attitude and I could live with the high price but the final kicker was the one week timeframe. I said, "no thanks" and walked out. There is another alteration place in Vic Square that is pleasant, half the price, and quite often same day service - worth the extra drive.

I brought in a hood from a child’s jacket that kept flying off his head every time the wind blew and I asked if it was possible to add a tie to it or something. They creatively added some elastic to tighten it around his face. It worked perfectly and it’s much easier for him than having to tie it up each time. It doesn’t even look like it was altered, very well done! We’ll be back with more alterations soon. Thank you!

I had a satin dress altered, and everything went smoothly. Christine was lovely to communicate with and she had my dress finished within a week. All the alterations came out great and the price was very reasonable.
