Had to give a 3 star, but let me explain. The people were very nice and proffessional. I took my truck for a diagnostic on hard shifting, they couldn't find the issue, but paid almost 400 for diagnostics. Got a call back for update (very nice and thorough) I was told that my issue might be because of stabilitrack light was on and the steering positioning angle sensor was bad (perhaps the cause of the light) however i didnt have a "service stabilitrac" light on when I took it, the lady told me it did. I know I couldn't prove it so I left it alone and paid for diagnostics. I typically take videos and pictures of vehicle in and out before the mechanic for that reason, except this time. Not saying its their fault, but it wasnt there when I dropped it off. The overall service was good, except that.

After Steve retired, I was little nervous about finding another mechanic in the valley to work on our vehicles so I took it back to Steve’s automotive. They were fantastic! The communication throughout the entire process was great. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and did what they said they were going to do. I highly recommend them!
