Dan and his protege Tanner were outstanding! A friendly smile, great communication, and a professional who takes his time to explain ‘why’ there was a problem, ‘what’ has been done to rectify it, and ‘what’ the performance will be after the repair… all done in (much appreciated) laymen terms that somehow didn’t make me feel like a uninformed laymen. I appreciate good service and admire a dedicated effort of outstanding service levels! This my 2nd experience working with Dan (different problems) with the same, consistent ‘wow’ results. Our apartment air conditioner was serviced by Sterling this morning and the young man, named Ryan, who did our unit was efficient, well mannered and very respectful. We had one other encounter with this company and the service people also were also very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Based on these two dealings, we would not hesitate to recommend them!

I met Dan and Tanner today. They are so polite and look friendly. They did a great job fixing our A/C before summer. They also provided good answers to my questions. I am impressed by their service mind.
