We had a water line break and Sterling came to the rescue. Luke was incredibly thorough and helpful, offering tips and info for everything plumbing related he saw. He was friendly and willing to answer any and all questions we had - regardless of the time of day. His responsiveness and professionalism was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Luke and Sterling for any plumbing service you need, big or small.

We had a shower leak and called Sterling. Sterling conducted a thorough investigation of the problem, gave us several repair options based on budget, and were very clear about the details of the repairs and fees. They also discovered another problem with our pipes that was a nightmare waiting to happen - we were fortunate Sterling spotted the problem and fixed it. Thank you Luke who was very cordial and highly knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing so we non-plumbers could understand the repairs. We'll be seeing them again for regular maintenance. Highly satisfied.
