Natasha is nothing but awesome and gracious and goes out of her way to make sure everyone enjoys themselves! Our daughter had her birthday party there recently and loves it! Now all her friends wanrlt their parties there too! .we started going there when they first opened, and even on days where there was no drop ins , Tasha would open it up for us to go ! Please go support her and keep this awesome option for kids around !

We were so pleased with a recent birthday party hosted at Steady Effort Yoga. Natasha was lovely to work with and was able to accomodate our requests. We appreciated so many little touches hidden around the studio for the children to discover, in addition to the main activity. She made the birthday very special. We have also attended family drop in at the studio, which is a must do. Kids can burn off energy, while caregivers can relax or join in on the fun. Thank you for bringing this special spot to Penticton!

We hosted our daughter’s 9th birthday party at Steady Effort Yoga in Penticton and it was absolutely incredible, hands down the best birthday party she’s ever had at an activity-based venue. The studio is beautiful, calm and welcoming, the party was so thoughtfully organized. The kids were fully engaged, happy and relaxed and everything flowed seamlessly from start to finish. Natasha, the owner, was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, kind and attentive throughout the entire process and during the party itself, making sure everything ran smoothly and that the birthday girl felt truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Both kids and parents were raving about it afterward. I would highly recommend Steady Effort Yoga for birthday parties or special events, such a unique and memorable experience.

I booked the aerial sound bath on a recommendation and honestly had no idea what to expect. What I didn’t expect was to leave feeling more relaxed and refreshed—both physically and mentally—than I have in a very long time. The sense of calm the sounds create is hard to put into words, but it stays with you long after the session ends. Tasha gently eases you into the experience with simple stretches and calmly guides you through the entire session, making it accessible and comfortable even if it’s your first time. I walked out feeling grounded, peaceful, and reset. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone needing a real mental and physical reset!

We recently held my daughter’s 6th birthday party at Steady Effort Yoga and it was amazing! Natasha was warm, organized, and wonderful with the kids. The space was perfect and the activities kept everyone smiling (including the adults!) It was such a unique and memorable way to celebrate, and we’re so grateful to Natasha for making it so special
