nancy and her team went above and beyond to help me with my car. many issues were fixed for very fair prices confirmed by a coworker who had been a mechanic for many years. i’d like to point out specifically that i was having alignment issues that required multiple visits and they fixed it without any extra charges for the extra ones. they ensure what they do is for pure customer satisfaction and i’ve already recommended them to my friends and coworkers! :)

Very friendly and welcoming. Good communication and very patient. Treated my truck well and they let me know anything that I should keep an eye on (instead of just replacing it and charging me extra). Good sense of humour too, they were able to handle my nervous wise-cracking. They explained to me any info I was unsure about. 100% will use them again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone to consider using them in the future.

Nancy is an outstanding service manager. She is professional, attentive, & incredibly reliable. She goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel informed & taken care of. Her communication & follow through are top-tier, & she truly makes a difference in the service experience. I had a phenomenal experience here. After another shop failed my car’s inspection and refused to show me the supporting paperwork, I brought my business to this team instead. The front desk staff was incredibly knowledgeable; she explained exactly what documentation I should have received and outlined the specific requirements to pass. They fit me in with only a day's notice and provided thorough, professional documentation to back up their work. If you value transparency and efficiency, I highly recommend them!

I can’t recommend Station Auto & Lube enough! I recently brought in both my 2014 Honda Civic Sedan SI and my 2021 Ram Sport for oil changes, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. They have a nice, relaxing lounge where you can enjoy complimentary coffee. Shop is super clean! A huge shoutout to Mo, Nancy, and Zack, along with the rest of the team, for providing such top-notch service. They make you feel welcome the moment you walk in and actually take the time to care for your vehicle properly.
