Aaron was great to deal with. Up front about pulling permit even for a smaller job. He was referred to us for this small job but he was punctual, easy to talk with and thorough. Would definitely use him again and we have already passed his name to others.

We called Star Tek Mechanical to fix issues with our toilets and Aaron was great to work with. He was quick, efficient, personable, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain his work and show me what he was doing along the way and made sure to ask follow up questions during our phone call and while he was here to ensure proper diagnosis. Communication was excellent. He fixed the issues promptly, was thorough and clean. I would definitely use Star Tek for any future plumbing and heating needs.

We had Aaron install some hot water lines for our bidet(s), as well as hook up our downstairs shower in less than an hour, after another plumber wanted to us to install a whole new shower enclosure to have an easier go at the old valve in the wall, that needed replacing! He did a great job, and very fast in my opinion, great install and is personable to boot. All with very reasonable pricing for the work done. We can only highly recommend him and Star Tek Mechanical for anything plumbing (or heating) related work, and will definitely use him again as our plumber! 5 out of 5 Star service here!

Aaron is amazing! He came on extremely short notice to fix my kitchen sink drain and was so kind, efficient, and professional throughout the entire visit. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and left everything spotless. I’m very grateful for his help and will definitely be calling him again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend him for any job! :)

Our boiler stopped working; Aaron was quick to respond and tried everything he could to revive it. In the end we had to have a new system installed. Aaron was thorough in his research to find the right system for our home. Aaron is a pleasure to deal with, does quality work and is a great problem solver.
