The male photographer was rude, impatient, and unprofessional. We went in the morning of a weekday, there was no one behind us ( nor in the next 25 minutes while we waited for photo pickup). He only took 3 shots. He only talked in Mandarin. He chose the last shot, and only showed us the 3 shots after we insisted (we picked the first one). Will not visit again. The advice is :Do not visit this store.

Rude, unprofessional staff, esp the male photographer. Wasn't even given 1 sec to prepare before the photoshoot. Everyone there today seems to be taiwanese and just assumes you understand mandarin too.

Terrible experience for Passport picture. I bring different color t-shirt, they said none of them work , so i asked if they have t-shirt, they gave me the most dirty shirt in the world, I think they didn't washed them, even it is not expensive to buy or washe them or guid customers when they cLl which color works better, they can not guide you if you can nor speak Chinees, unprofessional staff.

Have been here multiple times, very friendly and fast efficient service. I think because its a small walk-in studio and they are in a busy mall they have to work slightly faster than going to a medium or large-sized studio where you might have to book an appointment. For people that want to spend more time, a different studio could be better. But the photographer was patient enough to wait for me to fix my hair after the first photo, and had my photo taken three times.
