My daughter and I went here for a pedicure and she got her nails done. They did an amazing job and were so detailed I’ll never go anywhere else in Edmonton !!!!!!

I usually don’t leave Google reviews unless I feel very disappointed, but I felt the need to share my experience this time. I’m really sorry to say that I didn’t have a great experience here. My lash technician was kind, and I completely understood her being late due to the snowy road conditions. I wasn’t upset about the delay and appreciated the explanation. When she arrived, we discussed the style I wanted. I clearly asked for a hybrid set, and she even showed me a reference photo. We both agreed on the look before starting. The appointment started at 6:35 PM and finished at 7:58 PM, which surprised me since lash extensions usually take 2–3 hours unless the technician is extremely experienced. During the service, two coworkers came into the room and were talking very close to my face. I could smell their breath, and although I couldn’t understand what they were saying, it felt like my lash tech was being rushed to finish. When the service was done, my lash tech immediately started grabbing her jacket and belongings, clearly in a hurry. I asked to use the washroom, and when I looked at my lashes, I felt disappointed. I had asked for a hybrid set, but what I received looked like a classic set. I didn’t say anything at the time, which is my fault. I felt uncomfortable speaking up because everyone seemed rushed to go home. However, I left feeling unsatisfied. I had also waited 35 minutes for my appointment, and although I was understanding about the delay, the overall experience still felt rushed and unprofessional. I’ve had lash extensions before, so I’m familiar with the difference between sets. I felt that my lash tech may still be learning, which is okay, but I wish that had been communicated clearly. Unfortunately, I felt like I wasted my money and that the level of professionalism wasn’t there. I truly wish my experience had been better.

You can tell from the pictures that I'm obsessed about my nails. The experience was amazing, ambience was warm and the conversation with Jenny was hilarious! Would definitely come back

My cousin and I have been on a hunt this year to find a place to get pedicures that is in the right location with the right service. We brought our girls with us and had a double mother daughter date. Every one of us was pleased. They were on task. The spa location means that traffic is not a bother and as soon as we were up and going i watched them sanitize, even the chairs themselves.
