I strongly advise others not to visit this nail studio due to my extremely disappointing experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM today. When booking, I specifically requested a time around 12:30 PM because I had a dentist appointment at 2:00 PM. I was informed that 1:00 PM was confirmed, and I arranged my schedule accordingly to make it work. However, at approximately 12:25 PM—only 35 minutes before my confirmed appointment—I received a call informing me that they needed to reschedule my appointment to 1:30 PM. This last-minute change was highly unprofessional and completely disregarded the time constraints I had clearly communicated in advance. It is unacceptable to alter a confirmed appointment with such short notice, especially when a client has other commitments. This shows a lack of organization, poor communication, and little respect for customers’ time. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this nail studio to anyone. Please be cautious when booking here, as they do not appear to value their clients’ schedules.

Had such a good experience getting my nails done for the first time at this location with Jay. He was very gentle with my nails, did such a good and was very caring. The salon is renovated and so nice inside, loved it! I will be back, totally recommended ❤️

Not recommended I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I drove an hour for my appointment, hoping to finally find a salon I could return to regularly, but unfortunately it didn’t go well. I got shellac nails yesterday, and today one of them has already peeled off completely on its own (photo attached). Shellac should last weeks, not just one day. I also got a pedicure with white shellac, but the shape was not done nicely. I asked for it to be fixed, but it still wasn’t done the way I requested. The way the technician used the drill on my toes was very aggressive and actually painful — it shouldn’t feel like that during a pedicure. On top of that, when my service was done, the technician just walked away without saying anything. I sat there waiting, unsure if I was finished, and she came back five minutes later and said, “You don’t want to go?” in a tone that shocked me. I had to explain that she never told me the service was finished. For the amount I paid, I expected much better quality and service. Sadly, I don’t have the time to drive another hour back to get this fixed, and now I’m left very disappointed.

Nana did an amazing job with my nails! She totally got what I was looking for and made the whole process super easy, especially when it came to picking out colors for a Christmas-themed design. The final look turned out even better than I expected—so pretty and exactly my vibe. I’m seriously so happy with it!

My husband and I started coming together a year ago, approximately once a month, for a manicure and pedicure. Despite the fact that I’ve never seen any evidence of them sterilizing their tools in between clients, and every technician is different and has a different technique, and some have left me bleeding by cuticles being cut aggressively on my fingers or toes, I’d decided to continue going as it’s close to home and we can go together. I have natural nails. I’ve never had any type of artificial nails or even gel polish. A few months ago I decided to give gel polish a try on my fingers only and I was very happy with the results. The next appointment when it was to be removed the technician was very meticulous and reapplied the gel polish very nicely. My usual strong healthy nails were even growing out much longer than I usually keep them because the gel polish was helping them stay even stronger. However, after my third application, the technician aggressively removed the previous gel application with an Dremel and after he did that I realized my fingernails were much more thin. After that appointment my nails were literally shredding apart. I made another appointment and asked them to remove the gel nail polish and then just use regular polish. That technician used the Dremel again! I am still suffering from very thin, brittle nails, when normally I have very strong, healthy nails. They use the Dremel way too aggressively and uneven. The top layer of some of my fingernails has literally literally just peeled right off. I also have really bad and painful hangnails. I will never go back to Stanley nails!
