I have had an amazing experience with both Kate and Jason. The first time I went, I booked with Kate as I wanted something very specific for the Christmas holidays and it said she can do everything (which i can say is true). She did a FANTASTIC job!!!! While i was there, a regular was telling me that they are all talented and do amazing work and I kept that in mind! Second time I went, I booked with Jason. He showed me his profile and I am amazed at how talented he is. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted this time around except that I wanted sparkly cat eye type of nails. He asked if it was okay if he could freestyle a little bit and I said sure go ahead and im soooo happy with the results!!!! I cant wait to book my next appointment with him! Im happy to have found an excellent nail salon. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The place is so clean and inviting. I highly recommend coming here!

I had a pretty awful experience here getting my nails removed. I booked an appointment because I assumed that would guarantee service at that time. When I arrived, I was left waiting with no acknowledgement that they were running late. After about 25–30 minutes, I stood up and politely asked how much longer it would be. I was told, “Ya ya, just sit, we’ll be right with you.” I wasn’t trying to rush anyone. I simply wanted to know so I could make an informed decision about rescheduling, as I had a doctor’s appointment immediately after that I couldn’t miss. I’m also 35 weeks pregnant, and sitting around for long periods is not easy. Interestingly, it was only after I asked again that someone suddenly became available. The acrylic removal process was shocking and nothing like standard practice. The tech cracked the tips with a nail cutter, then used another acrylic nail to wedge between the acrylic and my natural nail and literally ripped them off. Normally, acrylics are filed down and soaked off with remover and foils. I was floored watching this. Afterward, I was told to wash my hands and that I was “good to go,” leaving my nails raw, rough, chipped, and severely damaged. *see photo* I had to ask for it to be filed a bit at the tips, at least some sort of protection on top; a strengthening coat, top coat, anything. They applied a top coat, but my nails still look and feel terrible. I am convinced that they did this horrible quick and dirty technique on me because as they told me, they are shortstaffed that day. I will never return to this place again 😭 ** to respond to the salon response: To clarify, the acrylics were not filed down; they were ripped/pried off dry. They were also not buffed - only a shiny top coat was added after I specifically asked for it. Otherwise, I was told I was good to go. I truly hope this is not the standard practice there. I am adding another photo after the shiny top coat; you could clearly see the nail beds still looking pretty rough regardless, since there was no “buffing” done.

UPDATE - 12/28/2025 I’ve been back 3 additional times since my first visit - each time Jason has blown me away with his creativity and attention to detail. I send him inspo ideas to his nail IG account and give him free rein to create what he thinks will look best and work for my shorter length. Tonight he made the mat stunning set of ice blue snowflake nails. I seriously think these would impress Elsa of Arendelle! My teen usually sees Chloe or Annie but EVERYONF here is great and exceptional at design. The staff are always friendly, the atmosphere bright and clean, and the customers happy! What more could you ask for? Oh yeah and their website is EASY to book appointments on by technician. TWO THUMBS WAY UP ******My teen talked me into fun Halloween nails and boy oh boy am I glad she did! Jason’s attention to detail was phenomenal. He came up with suggestions better than what I found on pictures online. He checked in with me each step of the way to make sure I was happy with the quality, shape, and design. The end product was nothing short of PURRFECTION since it was cat themed after all :-)

I had a great manicure with gel overlay and nail art today! I will definitely be back! Getting a pedicure too next time. Everyone else there seemed to thoroughly enjoy their service as well. They are the best! Update, I’ve been very happy with every service I’ve had except my latest one on Saturday September 27, and it wasn’t with the person I usually see as it was a last minute decision to book for that day. I went for a matte finish and it’s horrible! You can see every imperfection, a couple nails are bubbling, one is peeling, and my cuticles hurt as too much was cut off. Also, the top coat completely changed the colour and makes it look like there’s dark streaks. I had brown nails last, but that was all removed
