Everyone at St .Albert Endodontics were incredible! From start to finish and two follow up check in’s! Dr Dick was so thoughtful and gentle, he explained each step along the way! They got me in on short notice when I was in such pain! I’ve had fillings in the past that were so painful and this root canal was by far pain free!!!! I can’t thank them all enough for they did to fix my poor tooth that has had three other dentists work on it! Finally fixed! Chris at the front was incredible and so helpful and understanding! Nicole the dental assistant was fun and made me feel at ease every step of the way! Thank you all!!!

Had a root canal done by Dr Dick and it was hands down the best dentist appointment I have ever had. I almost fell asleep. The receptionists, dental assistants are fantastic and the environment is so positive and friendly. The office and space is super clean and warm. Hands down the best dentist visit I have ever had. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Dr Dick’s practice because I required a root canal. The whole progress of getting the root canal done was amazing! They made sure I was comfortable lying down (I have large tonsils that can affect my breathing) and I felt minimal to no pain during the procedure. They started out by numbing the gums around my tooth with a topical so that the needle injection wasn’t as painful. The lidocaine injection made it so I didn’t feel a thing. I genuinely almost fell asleep during it. From the time I entered the office to leaving, the whole process took an hour and 15min. This was done back in May, so it’s been a month and I haven’t had any issues. I highly recommend Dr Dick and St. Albert Endodontics!

I was referred to St. Albert Endodontics for two root canals on the anchor teeth on either end of my bridge. Dr. Dick was fantastic. He took the time to provide me with a detailed explanation of the procedure and put my mind at ease. I had a root canal in the 80's and it wasn't a pleasant experience. Times have changed and while two root canals was a long time to spend in the chair, the overall experience was without discomfort and he saved my bridge which saved me $5000! Thanks you to Dr. Dick and his team for the excellent care. I would recommend St. Albert Endodontics to anyone in need of a Endodontists.

I was recently referred to St. Albert Endodontics for a root canal. Although I was not looking forward to the procedure, the entire experience was unexpectedly positive. The atmosphere at the clinic is cheerful, welcoming and professional. Chris, at reception, took the time to explain billing and insurance details. She introduced me to Nicole, who would assist Dr. Dick with the procedure. Following a thorough oral exam and medical review, Dr. Dick explained the anticipated procedure in detail, including potential outcomes and the various options to manage the issue. I was allowed time to consider the alternatives with no pressure. The procedure itself was comfortable, calm and efficient and I experienced absolutely no discomfort, even as the anaesthetic wore off. I heartily recommend the team at St. Albert Endodontics to anyone in need of endodontic treatment. Many thanks for your excellent care.
