I was really excited as I went to get my nails done with mother in law for her birthday, but not happy with the nails. Acrylic was placed on top of my cuticles, not filed properly, nails pointed upwards, the filing literally burned, and my nails lifted within a week, and I just noticed today that some parts of my nails didn't even cure properly and just peeled off my nail. Very dissatisfied..

Rude staff went there to get my nail fixed that they didn’t listen and it seemed like an issue. She tapped my finger so hard to put into the light it was rude and very aggressive. The staff is not friendly at all. She also asked me how many coat the lady put on my nails?.. why would someone who works at a nail place ask a client that type of question your the one doing my nails and should know how many coats to use. When I’m paying for nail it would be nice to have friendly staff that are nice and make you want to come back. Will not be going back there I do not recommended there services.

This place does not know how to do long nails they know how to charge you for them - mine have no Apex what so ever- 6 out of the set broke at week 2 and I paid to have 3 fixed !! Waste of money since the other 3 broke the next day - they blame me for having too long nails - 💅 that’s a service I paid for ??!!!! If you cont provide safe long nails DO NOT PROVIDE THEM!!! If you have long nails you need a thicker APEX!!!

Very happy with the manicure, friendly and accommodating. The price was half of what I pay at another local spa. They also give you a wonderful hand and arm massage. Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely staff and great service! They were very patient with me as it was my first manicure and I had no idea what I was doing. I am very hard on my nails at work and I still have perfect nails after 2.5 weeks.
