I was referred here by a RDA at another clinic as #1, they were closer to me, #2 great with patients with anxiety!! I always feel so at ease and comfortable when I get here. The front desk staff are very accommodating, professional and caring. Sometimes I get nervous and avoid eye contact, talk quietly or get awkward and they always handle it really well. They never say things like "What!? I can't hear you. Speak up". Dr. P is amazing as well. Very approachable and kind! I really love this place and if we ever moved out of SG, I'd still make the trip here for my checkups!

The staff here are wonderful. The ladies made me feel very comfortable, I am usually a very nervous person when it comes to teeth 😬 but they were all so friendly and overall amazing people. I has my teeth cleaned, and a regular exam.

I've been a long time patient at this clinic (ca 40 years). Everything comes out right after I've had a visit, regardless for the reason. Thank you all for the many years of compassionate and caring appointments. Dr Poitras: your photographs are incredibly beautiful, and they give me a peaceful sense of serenity when I'm there for any kind of dental work. Thank you for hanging them on the walls for all your patients to appreciate. How I'd love to see them as a slide show on the TVs on the ceiling when I'm in the dental chair! (That's a hint.)
