Every time I have had an appointment with Sandra, I’m impacted by her wealth of knowledge and the numerous tools in her tool belt. She is so attentive and a very good listener. She always ensures I understand her assessment and recommendations. As far as I can tell too, she is very honest and carries herself with integrity.

I have been coming to see Sandra for at least 12 years. Had frozen shoulder and been going to other Physio’s for 2.5 years and I couldn’t even take my wallet out of my back pocket. Just after two weeks seeing Sandra I could reach into the back seat of the car, which was amazing! I am past national archery champion and had dropped down in my ranking but after she fixed my shoulder I won 3 more bronze. Since then she has helped me with multiple other ailments over the years. She is the best.

I started seeing Sandra 6 weeks ago for help with my neck, shoulder and elbow (stair fall). After a few weeks of exercises, my golf drives are going further and straighter than ever!

Sandra is great! I have had the most progress and improvement with Sandra as my therapist. Sandra is knowledgable and took the time to explain my injury, the treatment process and the rationale for her methods, exercises and treatments. She treats the whole body not just the injured areas. Going to her would be five stars if only she could have direct billed for my benefits.
