Asked for acrylic/gel nails, then when the lady started my nails, she told me she doesn't have time to do acrylic or gel nails, only shellac. I left with short nails with gel polish instead of the almond shaped acrylic or gel fake nails I wanted 😄. Also, I was told to come at 11 but only got seated at around 11:40. I will tell my friends not to come here.

Been going here every 2 weeks for the past 6 months and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so friendly and the nails are always done right. Great pricing and calm atmosphere. Love to watch HGTV while my hands get pampered 🤩🤩 very relaxing

I visited today for a new set of nails and had the best experience I've truly ever had. Every person working there went out of their way to acknowledge me (say hi) with such a friendly attitude and smiles! The lady that did my nails was so wonderful. She put a lot of time and effort into her work as well as making sure I was happy every single step of the way. The nail art is perfect to me and I really couldn't be happier. It was done is an awesome amount of time, in my opinion. And the price was a lot lower than I thought it would be and honestly I think should be. Such talent. I will continue driving to red deer just for them. Absolutely worth it.

Reasonably priced, quality craftsmanship, pride in their work, this place has been around for quite a few years and each time I go in, I see familiar faces, both staff and clients! They have definitely perfected their customer service, target audience and customer satisfaction. Conveniently located with free parking out front. Reasonably priced. Flexible schedule, it's best to book an appointment but sometimes they can squeeze you in, as a walk in, if they're not too busy. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here.
