Recently booked an appointment for Valentines Day and had a great experience! Tracy was so sweet, was able to help me pick out the polish and was attentive when doing my nails! She NAILED (haha get it?) the inspo pic I gave her for these cute strawberry nails with cat eye polish. They look like little glass strawberries are on my nails and I'm obsessed! I love how they shift when the light hits them. Thank you!

Staff is nice enough.. however I was in on Wednesday Feb 4th. I got a fresh set of Gel X done for $85. By Sunday Feb 8 two of my nails had broken off, the entire extension gone. I went in Tuesday the 10 and they fixed the nails for free, but by Thursday I had lost another nail this time on the other hand. Save yourself time and money. Go to a different salon in the area instead as they clearly don’t prep or apply correctly enough to get 3 weeks out of a fresh set.

I recently had the pleasure of discovering Splashie Nail Spa in Yaletown, as I love exploring new places for nail treatments and find it quite enjoyable. Without a prior appointment, I decided to drop by and requested both a manicure and pedicure simultaneously. Although there was a brief 10-minute wait, the staff treated me exceptionally well. The highlight of my experience was the incredible chair massager they provided, which made the nail session even more delightful. The salon boasts a wide range of colors to choose from, and the staff assisted me in finding the perfect shade that I am absolutely thrilled with. The efficiency of having my hands and toes done simultaneously was impressive. Considering the location in Yaletown, I found the prices at Splashie Nail Spa to be reasonable. The excellent service I received has definitely convinced me to return. Thank you, Splashie Nail Spa, for a wonderful experience! I have to mention that Trinh was the one who was helping me and i'll definitely go there for her
