I’ve been going to Spirit Nail for over 4 years, and my nail technician Vina is absolutely amazing. My whole family and I have been coming to her for years, and she is incredibly skilled, professional, and detail-oriented. She always makes sure everything is perfect every time. I always leave happy with my nails. Highly recommend Spirit Nail and especially Vina!

Absolutely love Spirit Nails! Tammy is my go-to nail artist. She's incredibly gentle and patient. I am used to getting injuries when having my ingrown nails removed, but with Tammy, I have never felt any pain. Plus, her nail art is adorable!

I want to share my awful experience regarding the poor customer service at this nail salon, particularly my interaction with Vina, whom I believe is the owner and extremely rude. On October 5th, I visited this salon for a gel polish and manicure before an important business trip. Unfortunately, just 3 days later, my nails began peeling, as you can see in the picture. On October 13th, I returned and went to their salon to discuss the issue with Vina. I explained the situation, expressing my dissatisfaction as I've been getting gel polish for the past 12 years without any issues like this. Vina insisted the problem was with my nails, claiming they were weak. I told her that she should have informed me of this before starting the treatment. Things escalated and Vina started screaming and began recording our conversation without my consent. I told her that this is not the way she should treat her clients, and her response was" I don't need any clients". She repeatedly told me to "hush" or "be quiet" while I was trying to communicate my concerns. When I told her I would write her a Google review, she ended up fixing my nails, but her attitude was not pleasant. I hope she shares the recordings from the moment I entered the salon and how she started yelling at me, as this would provide context for her behavior. This was my first and last time visiting this salon, and I do not recommend them to anyone else.
