What number can I contact and speak with the owner or the person who maintains this location? I've called the number listed several times with no success, just an automated message saying that the voicemail hasn't been setup. Today the change machine ate my $20 and $5 bill. I've had issues with losing coins at your mat several times and the number listed has never been answered. Please help.

I come from almost Whitby to do my laundry at this place. Best prices around and machines are clean.

I used a dryer that requires 2 quarter to start for 5 minutes. I had started the 3 machines with few quarters no issue. I then put in a total of 6 dollars in the 3 machines and just took my money. I tried calling them and no response. Not going here again.

Seems this place may have been sold to new owners. The few times I've gone here, it has been noticed that the place isn't what it used to be. Cleanliness has gone down, and there are more machines broken down and/or not working as they should. It was my go to place, because of being open 24 hours. Now, if needed, I go to 1 of 2 that are open in Orillia.

If there is a provision for a zero star, that's what I'd chose. Not a good place to do laundry because the machines are usually faulty and no notices are placed on them to inform their clients. When I called for the refund of my money, the phone number in the laundry was never picked. When I finally spoke with someone and provided evidence for refund, they promised the refund since early October 2024. Today is December 14, 2024 and the refund has been made. I cannot recommend this location.
