I had a very disappointing experience with Spike AUTO. The owner, Tony, was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. The situation escalated to the point where he placed a link/notice on my vehicle without my consent, which I found completely inappropriate and unacceptable. This experience left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this business. Very unhappy with my experience at Spike AUTO. The owner, Tony, was unprofessional, and I was especially upset that something was placed on my vehicle without my consent. Not acceptable.

He is straightforward and honest — if something can be fixed, he’ll fix it, and he always gives the most professional advice. What I really appreciate is that he thinks from the customer’s perspective: no unnecessary costs, no wasted money, just making sure your car is safe and reliable on the road. That, to me, is the most important thing. Finding a trustworthy auto shop in Vancouver is not easy, and I’m truly grateful to have found Spike Automotive. Highly recommended!

Great and trust worthy mechanic shop for all your needs. I've known Tony since he had a small shop on Marine drive, Vancouver. He upgraded his shop to a whole new level. Very honest guy, kind and friendly. He helped me save tons of money by offering alternate ways to fix an issue and make my vehicle safe to drive. I've been coming over to his shop for over 9 years now and never had any issue. Prices are reasonable, honest, won't try to rip you off, unlike other mechanics. Therefore, I gave Spike Auto 5 stars.
