Used the car wash last evening and the machine was not working very hard, the back of the car hardly got washed. Trying to find a number for the operator of the place to report my disappointment without any luck.

Went in to Spiffy with a gift card from Christmas. Employees were very rude right off the hop. I went to use my gift card which had a full 15$ on it and was not used in any way. Well the kid at the counter said I only had 10.81$ on it. Literally not possible unless the person who ran it up put that custom amount on it. Guy just brushed me off like I was some thief. Will never be back here ever again ! Waste of my time and families money !!!

Good car wash, but be careful with car foam (high pressure soap)as it is very difficult to wash off. After 10 minutes my car tires dried and they were as dirty as before the wash. The foam is very bad. And this is calculated so that you spend more minutes. I didn't rinse off the foam completely. And it didn't harm the cleanliness of my car. I spent $6 for four minutes. actually, wasn’t that bad:)

Like the available services. Today I wasn't very happy that when I ended my wash, it never provided a total, so I have no idea what I paid for my clean. (*I use a pre-paid card). Also, the wash hose had no clip to keep it out of the way when finished, and it tried to hook itself on my mirror when finished. I still believe a really good drying is the KEY to a great wash, and sadly they never seem up provide free drying time any more. My Jeep looks clean again! Hadn't washed her since May.
