Thank you so much for repairing my expensive jacket so perfectly. It was in really bad condition the zipper was broken, there were multiple patches needed, and it was quite dirty since I use it for work. Still, you fixed everything so neatly and professionally. I honestly recommend this place. Their prices are very reasonable, and they complete the work quickly if we mention our preference or urgency. The staff is also very polite and skilled and they work fast and keep everything clean & i had given 3 shirts they had some lint and stains on it but they even removed that. so bonus points to them I had a great experience and truly appreciate the effort and quality of your work. must go

I was visiting Vancouver and needed my suit dry cleaned in one day. Suit had some stains as well. They did really good job on my suit. It came back spotless and all this within one day. Very good customer service. Owners are very polite and professional.

Really Nice Pant Hemming & Good Pricing I got my pants hemmed here and I’m honestly happy with how they turned out. The stitching looks clean and the fit is just right. The price was also reasonable, which I really appreciated. Overall, a good experience and I’m thankful for the service! I’d definitely recommend Sperles !

I brought in my jacket that was quite dirty, and they managed to remove every stain! They saved my white jacket worth $1,500 — I’m so happy with the results. The new owners are wonderful and pay great attention to every little detail. Highly recommend their services!

It was a good place before. You have caused me a damage for 400 cad and refund me with 40cad (10%). It's a joke. You need to learn how to respect your customers and except/ fix your mistakes. It was very good place before. --------- Thank you for your disrespectful, passive aggressive chat GPT response about pricing of my jacket. Luckily I didn't bring my 700 dollar wool coat to clean at your place because it will fall apart and your refund won't pay anything. Most of negative reviews you respond here have a zero respect and solutions to a problem that show that you have no idea how businesses in Canada work. I hope you will learn your lessons and won't lose the remain of your clients. Wish you the best of luck!
