I had an excellent experience with Kushboo and her assistant Sole for my back and shoulder treatment. Kushboo is very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to understand my pain and explained everything clearly. Sole was always supportive, attentive, and made each session comfortable. I also want to mention Naina at the front desk - she is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful with scheduling and communication. The whole team works together so well, and l've noticed real improvement. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing physiotherapy.

I have a great experience at Spectrum Physiotherapy for my TMJ treatment. The clinic is professional, welcoming, and well-run. My physiotherapist, Manaas, is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He took the time to explain my condition and made sure the treatment plan felt clear and manageable. The treatment itself is very effective, and I’v noticed a real improvement in my jaw pain and tension over time. Manaas is attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in his patients’ progress. I highly recommend Spectrum Physiotherapy, especially for anyone seeking TMJ treatment.

Probably one of the worst physio experiences I've had in a long time. First of all, I went to get my shoulder looked at, Khushboo spent so little time diagnosing my issue. Then, she did 2 small modalities for me, left the room and never gave me exercises. Finally... And the most important.... Khushboo is NOT LISTED on some insurance companies. This was not disclosed by the clinic and very disappointing because when you're going to a physio you're expecting that the physios in that clinic is in good standing. In this case, this felt deceiving and for the poor experience, I'm paying out of pocket. This will be formally documented to the CPTA for unethical standard of practice. Note that this PT provider also worked at other locations. I have included the Insurance's rejection (Manulife) as a proof of decline. I'd be very careful about this clinic and their practices/communications.

Ever since my first visit to Spectrum, I always get the treatment and results I need. I always see Manas, and he always finds the points where the source of pain is, and all those times he helped, the treatment worked. My entire family goes to this clinic and sees Manas. He also provides information about his diagnosis. Last year, he treated my son's knee problems, and he and the entire staff were very helpful. The entire team is very friendly. I highly recommend this clinic.
