Absolutely phenomenal! I took my vehicle to Spectac after getting royally screwed by a previous mechanic shop. Spectac took their time to find the original problem and get in contact with the original mechanic who shafted me. It was a messy situation that was a huge headache and Spectac had my back the whole way through no matter what. They maintained honesty and pride in their work and gave me a more than fair price for correcting someone else's job. After just having a horrible experience with another shop, they showed me they care about customer relations and doing what's right. Will forever be bringing my vehicle to them.

I recently had my car repaired with CJ. He was very diligent and prompt. He took the time to explain the issues and suggested solutions/options. I also appreciate that he was able to let me know what my total bill would be beforehand. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised. My car was clean inside and out. I felt as If I was driving a new car. Thank you CJ for your act of kindness and expertise.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND CJ did an amazing job and I was able to bring my car in to get fixed the same day I called. Reasonably priced as well. Best mechanic I’ve been to so far in the okanagan
