I had Chrystal cut my hair in early January and went to her by recommendation. She was friendly but it was a terrible haircut for my hair type. A bit of a mullet. It was her first time with me so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She said I could call her if I wanted my fringe cut shorter or any adjustment and I appreciated that. When I got home, the whole fringe and front wasn't right and she missed a lot of pieces in the length. It didn't look right. I sent her a message through her website and didn't hear back. I waited 2 weeks and then called and left a message. No response. I went to another stylist in Victoria in May and he made it worse. Had to try and grow it out and just had my hair fixed in Italy at a fraction of the price and it was an incredible cut but they had to cut all my hair off. I have a wedding to go to next week so this was a hard decision but it had to be done. In response to Crystal below, thank you for responding in such a kind, generous, professional manner. The other person I went to did not respond in this professional manner. Brava to you. I cleaned up my review and upped you to 3 stars for your response and professionalism. I struggle with the expensive services in Victoria and can't seem to find the right fit but I will come see you again because I think you need another shot. Grazie ~

Great salon, quiet and comfortable. Crystal does an amazing job with my hair. She schedules appointments carefully to allow enough time without rushing before her next client. Prices are fair. You won't be disappointed.

I got my first real hair cut with Crystal as a preteen and 20 years and 2 other cities later still trust her most with my cuts and colours...and so enjoy her warmth and intelligence. Will always and forever recommend!

I've been having Nicole do my hair, since I saw one of her other clients hair and tracked her down to do mine! She's really creative and works with my style inspiration to give me exciting new looks every time. Also she's great at helping me keep to a budget. Long multicoloured hair can be crazy pricy!! But not unaffordable with Nicole!

Fantastic! It took 2 years for me to find a skilled cutter in Victoria. Carole is a personable, warm, talented stylist. I have had strangers complement me on my cut, sometimes weeks after the appointment. Since I am not a preener by nature, that tells you just how skilled this lady is. Three thumbs up!
