I have been going here for 10 years with my truck or motorcycle. I have taken advantage of half price early morning wash. Thank you Sparkle Car wash. I have used the other side with washbays and wands as weii. The last 6 washes on my truck , and my truck did not come out clean, especially the driver's side . The attendant put me through again, but still not clean. Disappointed in lack of maintenance of equipment. Looking around at some of the new car washes in Airdrie. Thank you

Today Feb 13: Just wanted to say thank you to the person who yes being a very accommodating and giving me a very thoughtful welcoming even if Its already closing time but still he is very patient. He deserves more than a 5 star rating. I’m new here and I’m from a different country but the service is very very very nice. 👍 Bless you and your family. Respect to you! 😎🫡

This automatic car wash is a crime scene. Calling it a “car wash” is like calling a raccoon in a trench coat a mechanic. I drove in with a dirty car and drove out with a wetter, angrier, somehow MORE disgusting version of my vehicle. First of all, the machine sounded like it was powered by dying hamsters and spite. The water pressure is pathetic dribbling sadness. Soap? What soap? I think it sprayed slightly flavored sadness mixed with regret. Bugs stayed. Dirt stayed. But somehow it managed to leave swirl marks, streaks, and mystery grime I didn’t have before. Truly impressive levels of incompetence. Then there’s the dryer — It blew exactly zero percent of the water off and instead redistributed it into artistic drip patterns. And let’s talk about the price. Absolute highway robbery. I’ve had better results from rain, a hose, and low expectations. This place charged me real human currency to abuse my car. If you value your paint, your sanity, or your will to live, do not go here. Drive through a mud puddle, spit on your hood, and punch yourself in the face — you’ll get the same results and save time. This place isn’t a car wash. It’s a mechanized disappointment factory.

They need to get their touchless car wash machines working properly. Won't accept my credit card so bought a preloaded card from Sparkling auto wash and that card wont work either in their own machine. This has been going on for awhile and several complaints to employees but nothing changes. In my opinion it is hands down the best car wash in Airdrie but if they cant get their machines working properly I will be going elsewhere.

Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. The autowash(2 bays) rarely work properly. The machine doesn't dispense soap a good portion of the time even though you pay for it. The autowash arms don't go completely around your vehicle as they're meant to. The staff is incredibly rude and refuse to give money back for services not rendered. The grounds and general upkeep are terrible. And ask about the "clean" vehicle policy. Its a gem!
