I see Dr Acton at this clinic. I have full confidence in his expertise and judgment, including referring me to a specialist when warranted. I also deal with Adele and Wanita. Both of them are always courteous, capable and professional. I have had thoroughly positive experiences with both of them, as well as those that I have dealt with sporadically when they've been away.

I’m looking for a new office because every time I come in on a Wednesday night this receptionist always have her toddler daughter in running up and down and sitting on the front desk while checking out patients. Yes she is a child but that’s unprofessional. They need to deal with her because it’s a Dental Office not a daycare

I had been a patient of Southgate Dental for many years and trusted in them for my oral health. In September 2024, I had a crown preparation and immediately after experienced an increase in saliva production with resulting sores in my mouth. I went to my dentist to find the root cause of the problem, but the dentist at Southgate Dental and the oral pathologist associated with Southgate Dental simply advised me to increase the dosage of a medication used to dry up saliva which I had used before without success. I am thankful for Donison Dental, whose holistic reproach has returned my oral health back to me. Granted, it has taken a team of oral specialists, an oral surgery, intense physiotherapy and an ear, nose and throat specialist to do so. Dentistry is more than teeth cleanings, fillings, root canals, and crowns.

Got my teeth cleaned and some cavity fillings done here. Great experience all around. Cassandra made sure I was comfortable the whole time and even adjusted things so I wouldn’t feel any pain. Dr. Ida was easygoing and made the process stress-free. Appreciate the care and attention from the team, definitely recommend this place!

Reception staff are perennially friendly and helpful. Arij is awesome! I always look forward to the dental hygiene and conversation (even if I can't speak clearly during the cleaning). Dr. Acton is also there, and does a great job reviewing my dental health.
