Southern Roofing recently performed roof work on our house. They did a great job and were timely given the backlog of work that they have. The admin's were super responsive and quality control folks that came in to check the work post install were professional and willing to answer/ solve any issues/ problems that remained. The work site itself was clean and orderly with minimal nails an garbage left over once the work was complete. The craftsmanship indicated the workers cared about their product. Overall, I would recommend Southern Roofing. The admins, Roanna and Cheryl were readily available to answer all calls or responded within 24 hours of a voice mail. Thank you for your work!

I had a great experience with this roofing company. Roanna was very helpful throughout the process and easy to communicate with. One of the workers, Wyatt, was especially professional and clearly knew what he was doing. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable roofing services.

I was hit by a hail storm in the middle of a conditional sale on my house. The roof needed to be replaced before possession date or the buyers financing would not be approved. I called Southern Roofing and explained my situation, they told me they would be able to complete the work in the timeline, despite it being peak roofing season. I had great communication from the project manager, roofing team, and bin company. They completely removed my stress of the situation and I was very happy with the work.

I was hit by the Hail last August 2024. My insurance gave me multiple options of Roofing companies to choose from, and I ended up choosing Southern. Since day 1, the whole process was perfect, with clear communication and set expectations. Although the process of fixing your house after such an event is heart breaking, but dealing with Roanna Reinhart at the early stages made everything looks smooth and easy. She was able to answer all my questions, and make sure I get the best service available. Later on, when the work reached the Production line, I had the privilege to work with Cheryl Curran, who by far was one of the best customer coordinators I dealt with in my life. We were under strict deadline because I needed the roof to be done a day before my wife starting a new job working from home, and Cheryl made the impossible looks doable. She even offered to join the roofing crew to give them a hand on the weekend to get my roof done on time (and yes I asked, she was a Roofer in the past)! The work was done on time, 1 day before the deadline, thanks to the hard push from Cheryl (who even shared her mobile #, to make sure I give her hour by hour update about the progress). For anyone looking for Siding or Roofing upgrades or maintenance, don't look past Southern. And make sure to ask for the best Coordinators in town: Roanna and Cheryl.

Southern Roofing completed our metal roofing project this past summer and we would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a honest roofing contractor. Mark patiently walked me through all of the options available - upgrades were fairly priced and the finished product looks even better than expected. Every member of the crew on site was respectful, friendly and a pleasure to have around for the summer. The project ended up taking longer than expected given the complexity of our roof - pricing did not change from the original quote. Looking around at other roofs across the city I was also very worried about ‘oil canning’ - the Southern team took every measure possible to avoid this - our roof looks fantastic! Great experience overall..
