Contracted Southern Mechanical four times to which scheduled visits were completed with reports on time, scope and effort and the details appreciated on the Invoice. For the most part did meet job expectations. Regrettably, this contractor would not warranty work resulting from a callback to work completed before, but failed shortly after their work done. Colossal waste of time and money unfortunately. I could not recommend this company.

We are new to condo ownership. Our building is 19 years old. Sandro of Southern Mechanical Services gave us a clear tutorial on how our heating/cooling system works, replaced a part related to the heating coil, installed a new thermostat and serviced our fireplace. He was meticulous, professional and super courteous. Thank you!

I caution anyone who is thinking of contacting southern mechanical for anything. My experience with southern mechanical is horrendous. They installed a new heat pump in 2024. I called because the blower motor was making a grinding sounds infrequently. The person said its most likely bearings and the motor would need to be replaced. The worker took photos and said he will check on the warranty. I never heard back from him. I called, left messages, spoke with workers with promises of getting call backs, I received no communication at all. I then started receiving past due date bill for the initial checkup that totalled $189. I protested via emails that my issue is unresolved and on going, that they haven't bothered to help fix my situation, that I've been ignored. The first past due bill, I was told via email "warranty information takes a while to be processed and for the manufacturing company to reply." I called and left more messages with zero responses in an attempt to get my issue resolved. I get another 2nd past due date bill and once again I reply that my issue has been ignored by the company. I have just received an email saying that "Anthony, The LG equipment in unit 92 was installed in 2020. Some of the parts may still be under warranty but labour isn’t covered. We are too busy and don’t have the manpower to take care of it. You will have to call someone else. Regards, Aaron Kelliher Service Manager" This company obviously has zero integrity and interest in actually helping their customers. The fact that they also got my unit number incorrect also shows great incompetence of the people that work for them. Extremely unprofessional. Do better.

I was extremely fortunate that Southern Mechanical Plumbing sent their service tech, Elliott to remove my old hot water tank and install a new one. It was a difficult task but Elliott did an absolutely phenomenal job. His knowledge and professionalism are greatly appreciated.

Our first time working with Southern Mechanical Services Inc. and we will certainly use them again if/when needed. Communication and response time are top notch. Elliott was personable, knowledgeable and took time to explain the issue we were having with our furnace. They are reasonably priced and their invoices provide all the information one might need for future reference. THANK YOU for making our home warm again!
