We recently switched to this vet and love it! The ladies at the front desk are always kind and helpful and the veterinarians we have seen are top notch (both for wellness checks and spay surgery). This place is warm and inviting and you can tell the staff truly care about your pet. Highly recommend!

I was very anxious to have my dog undergo surgery with anesthesia and they treated my dog and me with kindness and explained everything throughly and allowed her to bring her teddy in to make her feel calm on surgery day. She’s home and rested now and I was given a very detailed instruction list to follow at home with specific medication protocol. I could not recommend this vet hospital enough with your beloved pet! All the staff are so kind and knowledgeable. They really take their time and give lots of different choices when it comes to treatment with zero pressure. I highly recommend South Surrey veterinary hospital!

My beloved dog was losing her life from a ruptured tumor causing massive internal bleeding, when we rushed her to this emergency veterinary hospital. The team took her in immediately with calm expertise and genuine kindness. They stabilized her as best they could, ran urgent tests, explained everything clearly and honestly, and gave her every possible chance despite the grim prognosis. When it became clear surgery couldn’t save her, they supported us with deep empathy through the end-of-life decisions. Even though we lost her, I’m forever grateful for the compassionate, professional care they provided—treating her (and us) like family in our darkest hour. This is a true hospital with skilled specialists and they went above and beyond. If your pet ever faces a life-threatening emergency, this is the place to go. Thank you for your kindness and for fighting so hard. Rest in peace, my sweet girl. ❤️🐾

After bouncing around multiple vet clinics, I finally landed on this one! I’ve been taking my French bulldog here for 5 years now. The team here is amazing. They always make sure we get seen in a timely manner & accommodate to my dogs needs. Dr. Colgan & Dr. Taylor are our main veterinarians and they have been a dream. After years of trying, we finally got my girl off steroids and are managing her chronic allergy symptoms. She is the best she’s ever been.
