They destroyed our expensive duvet cover. Gave them a chance to address, they did not offer a fair or remotely reasonable solution. Beware of dealing with this dry cleaner - accidents happen, business should own their mistakes.

Crisis averted! I inadvertently put my white full length Aritzia Superpuff coat in the wash with a red lipstick in the pocket. . It came out l covered in red smudges . They spent over 3.5 hours taking the stains out . It looks brand new. Thankyou to Arsh’s team - just a wonderful group of ladies offering outstanding service . They were also so empathetic and were genuinely so happy that they were able to fix my coat , Thankyou so much ! I could not speak more highly of them ! Run to take your clerking there !

Amazing service. I was in a pinch coming from out of town and they were able to dry clean three suits for me no matter of hours. Nav Especially was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend South Point Dry Cleaners for their outstanding cleaning services, friendly staff and professionalism. I had a stained wool table runner from Pottery Barn that said “No drycleaning or handwashing” on its label. I took it to South Point Dry Cleaners and they got all of the stains out and my table runner is in perfect shape. Thank you so much for your care in cleaning my table runner and clothes. Will definitely be back soon!

I wish I could give zero stars as this is absolutely the WORST dry cleaning spot in south surrey. DO NOT GO HERE. I spent $75 on two small area carpets and they didn’t even clean them I am convinced. Waiting two weeks for this to be done and i have called them multiple times to speak to their boss, however he never has called me back to make this issue better. NEVER GO HERE.
