Due to the recent storm that hit the Brooks area in August we had significant hail damage to our home.We received a few estimates from different companies and because of their quick response and willingness to match our siding we chose South Peak Roofing and Siding out of Medicine Hat. Sheldon was extremely easy to deal with and made sure we had our home sealed up before it got to cold. Maurice was the installer and his work ethics were amazing, he knew what he was doing and did an amazing job.. Thanks again for going a great job.

I did some fairly heavy research into roofing companies in the Medicine Hat area. The internet and people I talked to locally, 95%+, pointed me to South Peak. I called and was put in touch with Sheldon (owner). He was very communicative with me. He had all the right answers, and when I say all the right answers, I mean exactly that. (I roofed for about 5 years under a very demanding boss for quality) The roof had a few gables, but the man breezed through it all. Sheldon knows roofing, He KNOWS. He came over, did the walk around and got up on the roof. Pointed out deficiencies... I said to him, this is your house. How would you do your own house? He offered the right solutions and gave me a quote less than 24 hours later. The roofing crew showed up on time and in 2 days (Large multi level roof and sun room roof with a shed!) it was done on time and the quality of workmanship and attention to detail was very satisfying to see and experience. I own a business and you can have the best product in the world… but if you have garbage customer service, in the end, you have a garbage product. South Peak has exactly what is needed, both for product and customer service. South Peak and Sheldon, the people in the office AND the crew who came to replace my roof were professional, on time, cleaned up perfectly after each work day (I found 1 nail in a big bush at the end of the job, lol), courteous and worked WITH me to get the result I wanted and needed. Guys and gals of South Peak, I love you. You have done me and mine proper. Thank you. P.S. If you don't talk to Sheldon and South Peak, you are looking in the wrong places. Call them.

Excellent sales and installation! Sheldon provided very useful product information that made it easy to choose the right tiles for my roof. I felt that the pricing was fair for the quality of the product and installation. The crew were very skilled and finished my roof in one day. The cleanup was terrific. I couldn’t find any nails or splinters in the grass. The work was completed professionally from start to finish.

South Peak was referred to us by a family member when we were looking to replace our shingles. From the initial contact with Sheldon to the end of the job the communication and attention to detail was always present. South Peak Roofing replaced my roof mid summer and did a stellar job. The estimate was accurate, the roofers arrived on time working in the heat non-stop. I was impressed by their speed and when they finished the site was cleaned and all debris removed. Sheldon followed up the next day, insuring the work was complete and I was satisfied with the job.
