Recently, we said goodbye to our beloved cat Simba. It was of course an emotional day. Dr. Bryanne came to our apartment and blended empathy and professionalism seamlessly. I could not imagine a more positive experience on such a sad day. We also received a really lovely personalized card in the mail a week or two later.
