I had a very bad experience at this salon with this lady. I showed her a clear photo of the haircut I wanted, and she told me she could do it the same. But the result was nothing like the photo, and the haircut looked really bad. It was honestly disappointing. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My experience was unprofessional and upsetting.

I recently got a Keratin treatment at Sora Hair Design and I’m so impressed! Before coming here, I had gone to another salon, but the results never lasted my hair wouldn’t stay straight. After visiting Sora Hair Design, my hair has been super straight, smooth, and manageable ever since. They clearly know what they’re doing. Highly recommend! I am really really happy I decided to take my chances and come here. Best for keratin and haircuts/designs.

I had the pleasure of getting my haircut and hair color done by Sora today, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! After a very unprofessional experience at another salon over the summer, my hair was a mess, both in color and cut. I tried a few different places to fix the damage, but none were able to get it right—until I visited Sora. She did an amazing job, truly bringing my hair back to life! Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she's also such a kind and welcoming person. I won't be trying any other salons from now on—Sora is my go-to stylist for life! Highly recommend!

As soon as I got to the salon I was greeted with a smile. Sora did a wonderful job on all aspects. A beautiful trim and a refreshing look as well as color my hair so quick and methodically - she knows what she is doing. Throughout the appointment we got to talk, and I have decided to try out the keratin treatment and book an appointment for the following week. Wow! I have been straightening my hair for over 30 years, I have super kinky hair (4a is you know what I mean), so I have experience in the field. Since coming to Canada 15 years ago, I tried to find the perfect place and someone who can get my hair. I tired Japanese hair straightening and more than 5 different Afro salon across the Vancouver mainland for the traditional chemical relaxers….None compared to the results I got here The Keratin at Sora is absolutely the best in all aspects. Quality of delivery and reliability of results- I got what I was promised! Beautiful shiny soft straight hair! Thank you Sora! Here are some before and after shots ☺️

Sora is the most experienced hairdresser I’ve ever seen. She cut my hair and my mothers as well. So quick and fast, the results were the best part! Thank you Sora! The pictures are taken before the renovation, the salon looks much prettier right now. Definitely going to come back again!
