The biggest advantage of Sophia Nails and Spa Center is that you don't need to book an appointment! It is very convenient for walk-ins. There are many talented young ladies working there who provide services very quickly and professionally. It’s the perfect place if you want high-quality nails without a long wait. I’m very happy with the service!

Don’t accept an appointment if you aren’t going to be able to accommodate us! I have been going to the Sophia Nails for over 5 years, and was so excited for when the Lynn Valley location opened. My Mom and I were looking to get a mani/pedi today last minute, and I called around 4:15pm for a 4:45pm appointment. 4:45pm was not available, but we were told to come in for 5:00pm! After chatting with the receptionist when we arrived and learning we were only booked for a pedicure (which was fine, we were happy with just getting our toes done), we were directed to our chairs where we waited, and waited, and waited. We checked in after soaking our feet for 15 minutes, and were told “soon!” By 5:30, the water was lukewarm and we hadn’t seen a technician yet. We dried off our feet, got up and left. Extremely disappointing! We walked over to the Shoppers Drug Mart and grabbed some gold nail polish, similar to what my Mom was looking forward to getting at Sophia’s. If we had simply been told that you were not able to fit us in, we would have accepted that we left it to the last minute and looked to booking sometime else at Sophia’s. Instead, we were given false hope and left not knowing if we would come back. Especially since we can’t even expect service with a reservation! If we do come back, I hope for prompt, reliable service and communication.

I had my nails done by Lily at Shopia Nail, and I couldn’t be happier! She was incredibly skilled and detail-oriented, and the final result turned out even more beautiful than I expected. On top of that, Lily is super kind and professional, which made the whole experience so pleasant and relaxing. If you’re looking for a nail artist who truly cares and delivers stunning results, I highly recommend Lily. I’ll definitely be coming back to her again! 💖

This is my second time seeing Lily for gel nails with design and i absolutely love her! I brought in pictures of nail designs I wanted and she did an amazing job. I wish I had taken a pic of the first design. This is the most recent pic of the second design. I’ll definitely see her again and again! I highly recommend her.

Everytime I come to this salon, I have such a wonderful experience~ The staff are super friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, it's very clean, and all of the nail techs are highly skilled. The prices are very reasonable, too. My nail tech, Lily, is an incredible nail artist and has done so many unique and cute designs for me, including cat eye nails! I highly recommend booking with her!
