Extremely happy with the work Matthew and team did! We needed a WETT inspection/cleaning done and when I called last week they were able to come first thing Monday morning. They were quick, easy to talk to, helpful, and very knowledgeable! Couldn’t be any happier, and now we get to use our wood stove! Thanks again for everything, really appreciate it! As well we will be recommending this company to friends and family if they ever need anything done. Highly recommend!!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Absolutely amazing to deal with! I had my water heater go on me and after receiving a inflated quote from Charlton Hill I decided to call around. Josh and Matt were incredibly helpful and accommodating to my situation. They were able to book me in next day, with the same water heater for a much better cost. The work looked great and they have amazing customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who is need of help and wants an honest answer to there problems.

Soot and Sewer was the 6th company I reached out to trying to get a WETT inspection completed in my small town. They booked me in quickly, even with 90mins of travel, completed the work, and cleaned up behind themselves. Very pleased with the customer service!

Josh and Matt did a great job replacing our hot water tank and chimney sweeping both our wood burning fireplaces. I highly recommend them for any of your heating and plumbing needs. Thanks guys!
