I went to Sondra for almost a year and she was a lovely person. However if you would like to sit in a chair for 6+ hours just getting a basic gel fill then she’s the one! She would file away to much of cuticle, cut my fingers with the nail file, push back my cuticles using her sharp stiletto fingernails, leave my fingers tips so raw and red after a fill I would have to fight back tears for days after. She’s a nice person just not the best at being a service provider. Your appointments will get moved/changed/cancelled/rescheduled all because she is running late and will push your appointment back up to 4 hours, when you do finally get to your appointment it will take her 4+ hours to just build and sculpt a basic gel manicure and will take 2+ hours just to paint your nails one solid color. My last appointment with her took 8 hours and it was just a solid colour with nail stickers I had brought myself and one sparkle nail, nothing too complicated I thought. It’s hard wasting your day waiting for an appointment that was supposed to happen at 10am only to be told that she is running late, “can you come at 2pm?” And then on top of this the appointment taking almost 8 hours. It’s unrealistic and impractical for clients.
