Absolutely the best at everything I need including being accessible to my service dog and is disability friendly. Michael has taken care of me for almost his entire career. He installs my extensions beautifully every time, boosting my self esteem. Not to mention, he's amazing at colour as well!

Disappointing all around. Reception was nice. Got shellac manicure but not only did they have little colour choices. But I got this manicure Friday and by Sunday night its peeling off. I didn't even do any chores! Sadly I have no time to get it repaired before all the holiday events I have over the next two weeks either. Wish I went somewhere else.

Had a Pro skin 60 treatment at the South location today, was a very relaxing & professional service from Manpreet, I would not hesitate to recommend and visit again Excellent service 👍🏻

Update: I spoke with Lauren who was very helpful in correcting our mani pedi's. Our nails have now been re-done with shellack. Thank YOU! And I highly recommend Amanda for nails! ❤️ ------------------ We paid for shellack mani's and pedi's for my daughter's grad on June 23. I was surprised when they said an avocado oil spray could be used to dry shellack but that's what they used. 2 days later my daughter's nails were completely peeled off. In looking at the bill, even tho we asked for shellack, and already had shellack, they didn't do shellack. My daughter had shellack on 1/2 of one toe. They charged her a full shellack removal add on. I had a rough idea in my mind how much it was going to cost. The bill was "correct" based on that calculation incl shellack but it was because they charged to remove real shellack not because they used shellack.

Worst experience ever! It’s my birthday and my daughter wanted to surprise me, so she booked a Soma Me Time package. I wasn’t happy with the service today since 1) the massage lady was only focusing on the left side, neglecting the right 2) what was supposed to be a facial dripped into my head, making my scalp covered with facial products. I had plans next so I tried to end the service halfway and get ready for my next event. The receptionist Boomi was rolling her eyes, sighing and handling us so unprofessionally when I brought it up. It made my experience with the salon much worse. The expense for the package doesn’t match the quality of service. Won’t come back again.

Booked an hour massage today. When I went I explained my shoulders, neck, and head are only the areas I wanted to focus on because they were extremely tight. She worked on my back for 99% of the massage. Sat on a stool and touched my neck. Pulled my hair on my head for 10 seconds with the cloth over my hair. She wore plastic gloves for the massage which was extremely uncomfortable. When I paid I did not leave a tip, once she saw this, her tone was beyond rude. Can’t wait for massage therapists to be registered and actually have a college to adhere to and therefore won’t be allowed to ask for a tip. No Brynn, you were horrible at your massage you don’t get a tip, you’re lucky I paid. Cut your attitude, Regina is a small connected city.

It was my daughter's wedding day and Michael did our hair , I called him a hair artist. He is amazing, wonderful personality and amazing knowledge of what looks fabulous for each of our hair types. From the time we walked in they were friendly and accommodating. Definitely our go to place.
