I had a mixed experience at this Hammam & Spa. The ambiance was calm, clean, and relaxing, and overall the space feels very peaceful. My facial and full body massage were absolutely amazing. The therapist was professional, attentive, and made the experience deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Those services were truly the highlight of my visit and exceeded my expectations. However, my experience with the pedicure was disappointing. The technician was not accommodating of my request, and instead of addressing my concern, she advised me to consider surgery. I found this comment inappropriate and unprofessional in a spa setting, as I was expecting service-focused care rather than medical advice. Overall, while the facial and massage services were excellent, I hope the spa can improve communication and professionalism during pedicure services to ensure all guests feel comfortable and respected.

Just finished the Soma Facial with Momo and it was the most amazing experience ever. My skin is glowing and has never looked better. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful facial treatment with Takako, my esthetician. She was increadibly professional and made me feel completely relaxed throughout. It was really interesting to see how much dead skin was removed during microdermabrasion. My skin felt smooth, and refreshed , and I noticed an improvement in My skin tone right away. I highly recommend Soma Spa!

It happened to be a slightly slower day, which meant I received an incredible amount of one-on-one attention. This personalization elevated the experience significantly. My husband sent me here on my birthday and I can say I had the most relaxing birthday ever! I came out feeling like a new person! Katherine was very good. I had the Grand Hammam with Glow facial and was scrubbed, washed, and massaged from head to toe. Thank you Katherine! Husbands, your wives deserve this!
