Soltek completed our roof a few years ago. They were amazing then and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and making sure there were no nails in our yard - especially with young kids. We contacted them recently because our fascia came flying off due to several days of high winds. They sent a technician within a week and he was quick, efficient, friendly and did a great job.

We noticed many shingles in our yard after an extreme windstorm in the dead of winter last week. I contacted Andrew at Soltek and he was over the very next day assessing the damage and within a few days they were here working in Winter to ensure we would not be affected by an upcoming thaw. Soltek also did a great job at my parents home in the summer with Cedar shingles. We recommend them to everyone. They are thorough and professional

Soltek just finished re-roofing for me today, although still have solar panel installation on the way, I would like to share my re-shingle experience here. The whole process is very well organized and smooth. There’ s not much dust or mess as I expected, it’s actually quite clean and reasonably quiet. No neighbors have ever complained, and we lived as usual inside of the house and they worked on the roof. After the work was done, they carefully checked if there’s any nails left on the ground, lawn. What impressed me was the inspector , who came later to do the inspection on the roof and the ground. He looked very responsive and serious about inspection and cleaning. Yes, he searched if there’s missing nails again. I am very happy with what they have done so far. Update: The solar panels have been installed soon after my roof got re-shingled. Again, the process was very well organized and very smooth. I am glad that I went with Soltek, which is run by people that are trustworthy. Like Alison, she is the best receptionist I have ever seen. Like Quinn, Vector, Harvey etc., very nice and professional people, when you see their faces, you know you can trust them.

Soltek Roofing and Solar installed both our roof and solar panels in April, and the whole experience was excellent. I really appreciated that they’re an Edmonton-based company—it felt good to support local. The down payment was very reasonable. They also helped me navigate the Greener Homes Loan and solar club. That made things so much easier. They showed a lot of trust and professionalism. Alison handled the booking and invoicing - was incredibly helpful with all my questions. Andrew led the roofing work and did a great job. Quinn was my main contact for the solar - he was knowledgeable and dependable. The roof looks fantastic and the solar system has been working perfectly since installation. The whole team was respectful, efficient, and easy to work with.
