I’ve just completed my physio and couldn’t be happier. My practitioner, Farah was great throughout my entire treatment experience. She is highly skilled, friendly and knowledgeable. She made coming to each session highly anticipated as I knew her ability and skills would greatly benefit my recovery and it certainly did. I can’t thank her enough and I know that Solace is as grateful as I am that she’s there. Very good physio environment and Farah is excellent. Thank you both.

After I had issues with my ankle, neck, and shoulder, I had several physiotherapy sessions over the past two months with Nikita. After each session, I felt better and better. She is professional, knowledgeable, very well organized , and kind. I have peace of mind and am very happy that I found her. I truly appreciate the care and effort she put into my treatment. There is also a pharmacy in the same location. The pharmacist is very professional and helpful. Prescriptions are prepared very quickly, in a timely manner, and they even offer free home delivery. Solace Physiotherapy and Pharmacy is highly recommended.

Nikki was very professional and knowledgable. She took time to explain what she was doing, and why as she diagnosed my issue and answered all my questions. She also made sure I understood the exercises she gave me and how to do them. I was very pleased and impressed with the treatment I received.

After knee surgery in California, I flew to Vancouver to visit my best friend for the holidays AND see Nikhita based on what I’ve heard about her. Honestly, Nikhi is the best PT I’ve ever had, even better than the ones I’ve seen in California. She has specialist expertise in the knee (which I didn’t even know) and I believe the hips, and I am amazed by the different modalities she knows how to use: you have the standard exercises, heat therapy, and ultrasound, but she also uses cupping and acupuncture. I am improving already and have complete faith in her to help me recover in the best way possible because she looks at the big picture and treats the root cause, not just the symptoms. I am very happy to recommend Nikhita to anyone seeking an expert physiotherapist. She is absolutely amazing. PS her husband is a pharmacist and is brilliant, as well!

I’ve been seeing Nikhita for long-term shoulder and neck pain, and I’m extremely pleased with the care I received. She is highly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in her approach. Nikhita took the time to assess my condition properly and explain the treatment clearly. I’ve noticed significant improvement and would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with ongoing pain.
