Would not recommend this place to get lashes done, the price and look of the lashes are just too good to be true. I have gotten my lashes done twice and both times my eyes were being forced open while lashes were being applied and caused irritation.The 2nd time i went lash glue had gotten into both of my eyes and i immediately informed her because it was literally BURNING my eyeballs!!😭 (Which can cause infection and temporary blindness BTW) She seemed very sick during the appointment which was a serious red flag for me also wasn’t even wearing her mask properly. This review is mandatory for anyone thinking of trying out Sofia’s Beauty for the lashes.

I will never, go back to this “business” absolutely horrendous experience.. the ladies there are so rude it’s insane…. They tell you to come at 10 and then you don’t get on the lash bed until 1115 sometimes.. I understand lashes are demanding and it’s a busy business but they are so inconsistent with times, and everything. I’d never recommend this place… beware yall.

I would never recommend this place for lashes to anybody honestly! I started coming to them because they were cheaper than most. After my first experience I never wanted to go back my eyes were scraped from the tape and were itchy and burning for days after. The girl doing my lashes was so sick I could hear her cough and swallow her snot the whole time, one instance she got up and walked to the other room proceeded to cough up a storm. And she’s working around eyes!!! After that I was told to go to Sam by a friend (the other lash tech there) and that she’s better. While Sam is better. They are both rough with your eyes. The one girl who does lashes is so damn rude. I don’t see how they can charge this much when they don’t provide any type of good service! So argumentative. Asked if I could come early to an appointment and told her to give me 30 ish minutes to get ready and she said she’s not gonna wait around and I’m wasting her time! Excuse me! I’m accommodating for you. If you’re asking me to come early that must mean u have no clients. It’s all ridiculous and unprofessional they talk to eachother the whole appointment not a relaxing environment at all. Come up with magical pricing when u paid this price last time and got the same thing again now it’s 15 more dollars. Gets mad when u park across the street but also doesn’t let you know in advance that there’s a specific place where u need to park. Take your money else where!!! Much rather pay the extra 10 more dollars to go to someone else who’s actually polite and gentle and gives you the luxury experience as they should because you are paying damn near an arm and a leg for service. If you don’t believe see for yourself I’ve regretted going there and I only went 2 times. First was horrible second was to try the other lady as I was recommended.

Amazing salon. Just showed a picture and executed the design perfectly. Young person sat beside me and started to raise a stink over her nails. She was saying all kind of accusations, which were not true. Her personal life was displayed and took it out on the technician. She walked out before the nails were done. Also said she will talk negatively about the salon. Hannah and her team are talented, patient and very fast. Will continue to get my waxing & nails done here. Thanks Sofia Nails from a very satisfied customer!

Asked for Hybrid, I got the same length mega volume eyelashes lol!! And she charged me extra. My eyes hurt the entire time they did my lashes. I am severely disappointed in it. It’s not my style and not what I asked for.
